@marlonwilliamsmusic - Thinking Of Nina | A Take Away Show

When we planned this film, Marlon already had something in mind. He wanted something fun, a bit out of the regular Take Away Show series. That’s where we found this amazing Chinese restaurant/karaoke club/cocktail bar with pink lights, a red carpet, and many plasma TVs.

He and Mavi Lou then came up with the idea of adding a bit of color to the video with these cheap cocktails with a dusty paper umbrella. But what we didn’t know is that they were drinking a cocktail at every take. We did 6 different takes. It felt like an after-party that never ends.

Marlon is coming back to Paris at the end of October. His song ‘Thinking of Nina’ has been added to the karaoke roster. So you know where to find us after his show at La Maroquinerie.
